And Then In 2005

Juneau 2005

I do plan to add more to this post I just needed to get it published for my sanity of having everything looming out there in the tech-no-abyss!

When we moved to Juneau in 2003 I had heard that Juneau had not had a "Snow Day" for school in over 30 years. We must have brought the good fortuns with us. This was the first flury that hit us. If memory serves me right it was 20" in 14 hours!

then Kelley and his friends joined us for a "FISHING" expedition because there were NO fish to be caught in the ocean in May!

Then my cousin, Ken, and is newly-wed wife, Lacy, came to stay a week of adventures with us!

Let me tell you -- we had a grand time!

I am not sure but, I think Ken was voted off the boat!

So alas, Ken is the proud inhabitant of Green-berg. (For those that don't know, Greenland is covered in snow and Iceland is really lush green.)

This was, I'll take a picture of you and you take a picture of us; while you are stranded on your little berg.

Then the weather changed to be more accurate Juneau weather... rain.

Doesn't he just look totally thrilled to get his photo taken? Our friends Todd, Robyn, and their son, Derek.

Now that's a CATCH! And let me tell you -- before you get your gall-bladder taken out-- it tastes wonderful!!!

LoOk...THE WHOLE CANADIAN FLEET arrived! Apolo on point... making sure that everyone is performing to his standards. Ha-ha-ha! The old dog loved the boat. This was the last photo before 'Pallo suffered a heart attack.
